Provisional Administrator
Mandy F. serves as the Provisional Administrator at Manor House, where she brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience and deep commitment to her team and residents. Over the past nine years, she has worked in every department within the building, gaining a well-rounded understanding of daily operations and the needs of both staff and residents. Known for her willingness to step in wherever she is needed, Mandy leads by example and remains actively involved alongside her team.
Currently in her final semester of earning a degree in Business Administration, Mandy has worked her way up through dedication, consistency, and a genuine passion for long-term care. Her professional philosophy is simple: to create a place where staff feel supported, and residents feel truly comfortable calling it home. She is driven by the belief that strong leadership starts with service, and that the best outcomes come from fostering a positive, team-centered environment.
Outside of work, Mandy is the proud mom of three beautiful girls who are her whole world. She enjoys scrapbooking and spending quality time with her family, bringing the same heart and care into her personal life that she carries into her leadership role every day.
Assisted Living Manager
Brandi H. is an Assisted Living Manager with over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including work in luxury hotel settings. Her background has shaped a strong commitment to guest service, relationship-building, and creating welcoming environments where individuals feel valued and cared for.
Brandi’s passion for assisted living was inspired by personal experiences watching family members transition into assisted and skilled nursing communities. Those experiences sparked a desire to help create environments that are loving, engaging, and safe; places where seniors are treated with dignity and can truly feel at home. She is deeply committed to ensuring residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported each day.
Known for her warm, people-centered approach, Brandi enjoys connecting with residents and fostering meaningful relationships. She believes seniors deserve the same level of care and compassion they have given to others throughout their lives. Outside of work, Brandi enjoys watching her teenage daughters play sports, fishing with her family, and relaxing with diamond painting crafts.

Deer View Manor provides a selection of studio, one-bedroom, and den apartments, each equipped with full kitchens, private patios, and additional storage space.
